Order process

Online Invitations

Once you have placed your order online and entered in your wedding details, we will email you a PDF proof (please allow 2 working days). If you have any changes to the details, this can all be done via email so please send through your comments and we will retrun a revised proof. Once you are happy that all details on the stationery are correct, please send us an email confirming your approval and we will send them off to print!

Custom Designed Invitations


Send us an email requesting a custom design and we’ll send you back a brief form to complete and return. To get the designing underway, we require payment for design upfront so we will send you an invoice for $350. It will take us approximately ten working days following payment to create you something incredible so please be patient and know we are working super dooper hard on your design. Once the design is ready, we will email you a proof and include two round of changes thereafter to prefect the details. Further round of proofs will incur a cost of $30 per round. We can't stress enough that you should read these proofs very carefully and check all details are correct. During this stage we will also send you production quotes that are tailored to your design and any embellishments you have requested.


Once you have given us your final approval on the design, you will receive an invoice for production of your stationery. Upon receipt of your payment we will send everything off to print. Whoooooo! Depending on your chosen method of production, this stage could take anywhere from one to two weeks.


Your sationery suite will be delicately packaged and sent via registered Australia Post. Please provide a daytime address so you can give the postman your autograph....and then proceed to jump around with glee because your invites have arrived!
